Total Carnage

Sound test:
Begin a new game and play achieving the fifth highest score. End the game and enter YAWDIM on the high score screen. Press R to display the sound test screen, then press the buttons on controller one to hear various sounds.

Level select:
Begin a new game and play achieving the highest score. End the game and enter FIRE on the high score screen.
